Tsunami Rose - Christmas cards

Hello everyone,

This week I am blogging the last 2 Christmas cards for this year, and it feels good to be done with all the Christmas cards for this time.

But if I know myself I will do more cards, so I have some more in stock....especially since the papers I have been using are soooo beautiful.
Take a look into the Tsunami Rose store, and discover all the wonderful papers you too...I can guarantee that you will like them just as much as I do. :)

Now its time to show you my cards. :)

The first card is a Christmas card, where I tried to use Shabby white Enamel.

It was hard to choose what paper to use, they are all so beautiful....

I made a panel card, and the red panels went through my dotted embossing folder.

I used the red/green/golden ribbon to frame the adorable paper with the cute children.

After adding the owl, roses heart-pin and leaves I highlighted the dots with clear rhinestones.

Inside of the card.
Wanted to have an CAS inside, so the Santa-paper suited just fine.

The second card went in the same style, but with different papers.

Here I have chosen to put the sentiment on the inside.

Two rather simple cards, but I am so happy with the result.
Hope yop like them too.

With that, I want to wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Take care of each other and dont forget to put out the candles when you go to sleep.

Tsunami Rose Designs - My first try to make a Journal

Hello everyone,

This week I am blogging a Journal, the first one I ever made, so you have to bare with me....and PLEASE give me some feedback on this one.

I really need to know what you like, what you don't like, what I could have done better, and so on.
I am doing another big project like this in January, so therefor I need all the feedback I can get.

And,  the most important thing; don't be afraid to say exactly what you think...I feel that all criticism is great for me so I can develop my crafting. <3

I have used this Journal kit this time;

http://www.zibbet.com/tsunamirose/artwork?artworkId=1192197http://www.zibbet.com/tsunamirose/artwork?artworkId=1790852

In this kit there is a LOT of stunning papers, with just the correct Christmas feeling. :-)

Well, I wont let you wait more, here is the pictures of my Journal.

I have decided to not decorate so much as I usually do, but I have used even more blingy Stickles.
Sooooo....now I´m curious, what do you think?

Gingerbread Easel Card

Oh my, this post should have been up a week ago...I thought I had published it, bit apparently I didn't click correct.

I guess we can say Better late than never...so here we go...

****************************************************************

Hi there,

Its Monday again, and I am blogging for Imagine That Digis By Kris.
This week I made an easel card, and I can promise that the picture don't do the card justice, its even cuter live.

I have used a Swedish sentiment, that means "Merry Christmas", its a die cut that I love SOOO much.
And I felt that it went really good together with the adorable Digi Stamp from Imagine That!

I fell in love with the backing paper, its so simple, yet so effectful.
Don´t you agree with me? :-)

Papers used;

Hope that you liked my card.
Take care and see you all soon again.

Oh, Christmas tree....

Hi everyone,

The other day I showed you a card with a Christmas tree, and today I will show you a similar card that I made a few days ago.
For those of you who wonders how I made the tree...I used a Martha Stewart punch to make the branches.

Here is my card

The punch I used looks like this;

If you click on the picture you get to a shop here in Sweden that has that punch. :-)

Hope that you liked my card.

Have a great day and to all American readers I wish a Happy Thanksgiving.

Tsunami Rose - Frosty Christmas Card

Hi everyone,

Its Tuesday and that means Tsunami Rose-time. :-)

This time I had to think about what to do...I knew that I wanted to use the paper with the oh so sweet
Santa´s, but then  what?

I decided to try to make a Snowman, and combine the 2 pieces together.
Well, I think this combo worked rather fine... :-)

*****
Start with a card-base in whatever size you prefer.
Add the backing paper and patterned paper of your choice...then (if you want to) bling the details and set aside to dry.

Here you can see the snowman folded up.

This cutie I have made with the instructions from this video:

The sweet paper I have used is from the Add-on papers for the "Christmas Gift" Printable journal.

If you want to, click on the picture right under this, and take a look on more of the gorgeous papers.

Hope you liked my card.

Take care and see you all soon again.
