Another LO

Hi again,

Here is another LO that I made on January 1st.
Its with my husband, me and our son, when we were at Nolhagaparken (an animal park) in Alingsås (in Sweden) and looked at the animals there.

Its one of the rare occasions when I am in a picture, so I hope I don't scare you off. ;-)

First crafty project for 2014 - Fireworks LO

When I woke up on January 1st, the first thing I did was to print out a couple of pictures from the midnight fireworks.
Then I got some coffee (my kind of breakfast) and then I started to play with my LO.

It got to be a CAS LayOut, but I still like the result.

Do what do you think?

Tsunami Rose Designs - Mini album with old photos

Hi everyone,

This month we are promoting the Monochrome papers at Tsunami Rose.
These papers are so great, one thing is that they are available in so many colors, so the variation possibilities is huge.

I really think you should check them out, and I hope you will like them as much as I do.

This week I made a Mini-album, with the Theme "Beautiful Mess".
I had a bunch of old photos (from 2005-2007) that I haven't been sooo very pleased with, but since they still mean a lot to me, I wanted to make a album for them.

The album is made with black cardstock, and then I cut some strips of white cardstock to create a frame, so that the album would get some more stability.

When printing the front and back page, I used some Letraset papers, and the ink didn't dry as fast as I wished, so therefor I got the idea that I could make some protection using Overhead plastic, and it turned out really nice.

As you will see on the following pictures, I haven't used any stickles, just flowers and some rhinestones (plus a orange ribbon), but I feel really satisfied with the result anyhow.

Hope you will like my crafty project.

Now I am curious to see what you think about my album.

Take care and see you really soon again.

My last crafty project for 2013 - A LayOut

In 2011, just a few minutes after midnight, I started kind of a ritual...I printed out the pictures of the fireworks and made a LO.

About an hour before midnight I realized that I hadn't made the LO with the 2013 fireworks, so quickly I printed out the edited picture I had, and made a really simple LO.

I felt that I just HAD to get it done before 2013 had come to an end, so this is what I came up with

What do you think about it?
Is it TOO simple...or just ugly...or....?

Hope to get some comments, so I can develop and get better.
