Oh, Christmas tree....

Hi everyone,

The other day I showed you a card with a Christmas tree, and today I will show you a similar card that I made a few days ago.
For those of you who wonders how I made the tree...I used a Martha Stewart punch to make the branches.

Here is my card

The punch I used looks like this;

If you click on the picture you get to a shop here in Sweden that has that punch. :-)

Hope that you liked my card.

Have a great day and to all American readers I wish a Happy Thanksgiving.

Tsunami Rose - Frosty Christmas Card

Hi everyone,

Its Tuesday and that means Tsunami Rose-time. :-)

This time I had to think about what to do...I knew that I wanted to use the paper with the oh so sweet
Santa´s, but then  what?

I decided to try to make a Snowman, and combine the 2 pieces together.
Well, I think this combo worked rather fine... :-)

*****
Start with a card-base in whatever size you prefer.
Add the backing paper and patterned paper of your choice...then (if you want to) bling the details and set aside to dry.

Here you can see the snowman folded up.

This cutie I have made with the instructions from this video:

The sweet paper I have used is from the Add-on papers for the "Christmas Gift" Printable journal.

Hope you liked my card.

Take care and see you all soon again.

Tsunami Rose - Tutorial on a Kriss-Kross card

Hi everyone,

Its Tuesday again, and time for me to do another tutorial for Tsunami Rose.

This time I will show you how to make a KrissKross-card...a really fun card to make.

*****
Take 2 pieces of cardstock in the size 6x12"
Score both at 6" and fold

Put adhesive on one side of 1 of the pieces

Cut on the other side of the cardstock, from corner to corner

This is how it should look now

Cut from corner to corner of the second paper
Then you should end up with 2 pieces like this

Put the 2 pieces together so it looks like this

Now its time for some patterned paper.

Take 1 piece 5½x5½" that you cut into 2 triangle shaped pieces,
and 1 piece that's 5x5" that you add to a piece of cardstock that's 5 3/4x5½"

Put some adhesive on the right flip and fold it in

Add some patterned paper
Then repeat the last step and close the left flip

Add some more patterned paper

Put the square pieced patterned paper on the cardstock piece and...

...put it in the pocket.

Now to the really fun part...DECORATE

Done :)

The adorable papers I have used comes from Add on "Life Abloom" Full size pages.
If you want to, click on the picture right under this, and take a look on more of the gorgeous papers.

Hope you liked my tutorial, and my card.

Take care and see you all soon again.

Wedding Card

Hi there,

Hope that your weekend was great and that you have been in a really crafty mood. :)

Yesterday I made a card for our sweet neighbors, who was going to a wedding.
I wanted to challenge myself and have mainly white on the card, but I am not sure how that went. :-/

Well, at least our neighbors was happy when I gave them the card, and I hope that their friends that got married liked it too.

I'm gonna try again on the color-scheme, but I think I need some white leaves before I do that.

Does anyone have some, and want to trade with me for something else??
Let me know. <3

Take care and see you all soon again.
